Inaugural Alumni Hall of Fame Announced for the 33rd Annual Boys & Girls Clubs of Jackson County Steak & Steak Dinner

Boys & Girls Clubs of Jackson County is proud to announce its inaugural class of Boys & Girls Clubs of Jackson County Alumni Hall of Fame. These recipients will be honored at the 33rd Annual Boys & Girls Clubs of Jackson County Steak & Steak Dinner & Silent Auction on Thursday, June 26, at the Jackson County Civic Center from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

This year’s Boys & Girls Clubs of Jackson County Alumni Hall of Fame are Representative Jeramey Anderson; Latirra Bivins, RN; Seneca Wilson; and Tawan Stanton, CRNA. Rep. Jeramey Anderson is State Representative, Mississippi House of Representatives – District 110. He is Head Coach of the Moss Point High School Men’s Soccer Team and Founder & CEO of NexiWorks and NexiSPORTS. Latirra Bivins, RN, is a HemoDialysis Nurse, Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse, and Dialysis and Kidney disease educator and teacher. Seneca Wilson is Director of University Recreation at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and an Author, Poet, and Speaker. Tawan Stanton is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and a mentor for future registered nurses and future CRNA’s. She is a small business owner of Happy Hygiene and Co., a plant-based hand soap company.

The event will also recognize Kendrick Cooley Jr. (2025 Youth of the Year) and will have other award presentations.

“We are excited to showcase the great things that Boys & Girls Clubs of Jackson County is doing and highlight our Hall of Fame for the first time. We truly appreciate the community’s support,” said Boys & Girls Clubs of Jackson County CEO Jennifer Anderson.
